Before you write in

A few things you can check yourself first:

• Wrong result or unclear status? If a payment doesn't go through, the bot sends a short video showing the code was checked and not charged — check that first.
• Region and currency questions — see the About page for the full list of 24 supported regions.
• General "how does this work" questions — our blog covers the process step by step.

What to include

If you do need to reach out through the bot, it helps to have your code's region and the approximate time you sent it — that's usually enough for the bot's flow to pick up where you left off.

We keep this simple on purpose: one channel, no ticket systems, no separate accounts to manage just to ask a question.
