This notice describes, from your point of view as a user, what information passes through PSC Exchange when you use the service. It's written in plain terms rather than as a formal legal document.

What you provide

When you use @PSC_exchange_bot, you send:

• Your 16-digit Paysafecard code, its amount, and its region — needed to process the conversion.
• A wallet address and network when you withdraw your USDT or USDC balance.
• Whatever your Telegram account already shares with any Telegram bot you interact with (this is governed by Telegram's own terms, not ours).

What we don't ask for

We don't ask for your name, ID documents, address, or payment card details. There's no account registration or identity verification step on your side.

How this information is used

The code, amount, and region are used to process your voucher conversion. The wallet address and network you provide are used only to send your withdrawal. We don't use this information for anything beyond completing the conversion and withdrawal you asked for.

Video proof on failed payments

If a payment doesn't go through, you receive a short video showing the code was checked and not charged — this exists to give you visibility into your own voucher's status, not for any other purpose.

Third parties

Blockchain networks are public by nature — once you withdraw, the transaction is visible on the relevant network's public ledger, the same as any crypto transaction. This isn't something we control.
