Note that this is about where the card is from, not where you are. Plenty of people redeeming a German or British voucher are sitting in Cairo or Shanghai — that's fine. What matters is the region printed on the voucher or shown on your receipt.

Paysafecard supported currencies

This is the part people worry about unnecessarily. Any currency of those 24 regions works, so a non-euro card is no harder to handle than a euro one:

You don't need to convert your card's value into euro or into dollars before sending it, and you don't need to do any maths on the amount. How to send your code with the right region

The format is simple: code amount region. Three parts, one line, separated by spaces.

That reads as: a 16-digit code, worth 50 in the card's own currency, from Germany. If your card is a 100 PLN voucher from Poland, you'd send <your 16-digit code> 100 PL. If it's a £25 card, <code> 25 GB.

The whole journey around it stays the same regardless of region:

3. Send the voucher as code amount region. Several at once is fine, and they can be from different regions.
4. The service processes it automatically — most conversions finish within a few minutes.

What if the region or amount is wrong?

Mistyping the region code is one of the most common small errors — NL instead of NO, or the country you're in instead of the country the card is from. It's not something to be nervous about. If a payment doesn't go through, you get a short video showing the code was checked and not charged, so you can see plainly that the voucher is still intact. Correct the region or the amount and send it again.

The same applies if the amount doesn't match the card. Send the value exactly as it's printed, without rounding and without adding a currency symbol.

If your card isn't from a supported region

Then the honest answer is that it isn't one you can redeem here — the list above is the list. It's worth double-checking the voucher itself first, though, since people often assume a card is from wherever they bought it online rather than reading the region on the receipt.
