Luxembourg Paysafecard to USDT: Quick Guide
Bought a voucher in Luxembourg City, Esch-sur-Alzette or at a shop near the border and now want crypto instead? A Luxembourg Paysafecard to USDT conversion takes one message. Luxembourg is one of the 24 supported regions, its region code is LU, and the euro amount goes in exactly as printed on the card. Get those two details right and most conversions are done within a few minutes.
Luxembourg card in hand? Open @PSC_exchange_bot on Telegram, press Start, choose "Redeem a code," and send it as code amount region.
How to convert a Luxembourg Paysafecard to USDT
You don't create an account and you don't fill in a form. These are the same five steps used for every region:
- Open the bot on Telegram and press Start.
- Choose "Redeem a code."
- Send the voucher as
code amount region. A 50 euro card is<your 16-digit code> 50 LU. - The service processes it automatically. Most conversions finish within a few minutes.
- Your balance is credited in USDT. Withdraw it to your own USDT or USDC wallet, on the network you choose.
All you need is the 16-digit code and a Telegram account. There's no sign-up and nothing to activate by hand.
LU, not LT or LUX
Luxembourg's region code is short and simple, but two slips come up often:
LTis Lithuania, not Luxembourg. Both are supported regions and both start with "L," so a quick thumb on a phone keyboard can send the wrong one. If your card is actually Lithuanian, the Lithuanian Paysafecard guide covers it.LUXis three letters. The region slot takes exactly two:LU. Don't writeLUX,LUXEMBOURGorEURthere either.
Send the wrong code and the voucher may not go through. That's not a disaster. If a payment doesn't go through, you get a short video showing the code was checked and not charged, so your voucher is still intact. Correct the region and send it again.
Bought near the border? Check which country the card is from
Luxembourg is small, and plenty of people live on one side of a border and shop on the other. That's why it's worth a quick look at the card or its receipt before you send it.
- The region is the country the card was issued for, not where you are now and not the currency. Luxembourg, Germany and Belgium all use the euro, but each has its own code:
LU,DEandBE. - A card bought on a trip to Trier is German. Use
DE, and see the German Paysafecard guide if you want the details. - A card bought in Arlon or Brussels is Belgian. Use
BE. The Belgian Paysafecard guide walks through it. - Redeeming from Cairo, Shanghai or anywhere else? A card bought in Luxembourg is still
LU.
Not sure about a card at all? The supported regions and currencies list has every code in one place.
How to write the euro amount
Type the face value exactly as printed: 10, 25, 50, 100.
- Use digits only. Don't add
€,EURoreuroafter the number. - Don't round it and don't convert it to dollars. You're only telling the bot what the card says, and it handles the region's currency for you.
- Keep the order: code, then amount, then region, with a space between each.
A 25 euro card reads <code> 25 LU. A 100 euro card reads <code> 100 LU.
Mixing Luxembourg, German and Belgian cards
If you've collected vouchers from both sides of the border, you don't need to send them one by one. You can send several at once, one per line, each with its own region code:
`` <code> 50 LU <code> 25 DE <code> 10 BE ``
They all land in the same USDT balance, so at the end you only make one withdrawal. The guide to converting multiple Paysafecard codes has more on the batch format.
Where your USDT goes next
Once your balance shows USDT, you choose where it goes. Enter a wallet address, pick the network, and withdraw in USDT or USDC. Most people pick one of these:
- Your own self-custody wallet. It's the most direct way to hold what you've converted. How to withdraw USDT to your wallet explains how to choose a network.
- An exchange account such as Binance or Gate.io. The exchange is simply where you deposit USDT you already hold: convert the Paysafecard first, then send the USDT to your exchange deposit address.
Either way, you keep most of your voucher's value. The fee is small and transparent.
